That there are only theories and best guesses. There are several objections to epistemological nihilism. One that I hear often is incredibly juvenile. People might say something along the lines of "You claim that 'nothing is true' but then that statement isn't true so you can't be right". But I really think this objection fundamentally misunderstands the position that there is no truth value.
